Do you have an other photo where one can see more of the back side?

My first assumption was Dociostaurus spec.

Thank's for your response, Florin! It really looks like Docitosaurus sp.
There are 3 species given for Georgia - D. brevicollis, D. maroccanus & D. tartarus.
Unfortunately I don't have other photos
